Karakuri puzzles, which include various types of building blocks and trick boxes, have been produced in the Odawara and Hakone regions of Kanagawa prefecture since ancient times. This exhibition features a selection of these intriguing puzzles. Over the duration of the exhibition period, there will also be live demonstrations by artisans who will unlock the secrets of these devices.
