Kamide Choemon is the name of a 130 year old kiln in Ishikawa prefecture that produces Kutani ceramics using time-honored handcrafted techniques. On display and for sale is a selection of Japanese tableware with a modern sensibility, along with delicious treats from Kanazawa.
