Nobuki Kitamura Exhibition

LIXIL Gallery 1 & 2
Finished

Artists

Nobuki Kitamura
Nobuki Kitamura creates large ceramic installations that recall ruins or piles of stones. These pieces, measuring 2-5 meters across, have the same imposing presence of weathered rocks or architecture that have been worn down, abraded and discolored by the elements. This is Kitamura's first solo show in Tokyo after having been active mostly in the Kansai area and winning prizes at numerous open call exhibitions.
