Katsuhiko Hibino
Through collaborations with local participants, artist Katsuhiko Hibino, who is also a professor in the department of intermedia at Tokyo University of the Arts, organizes activities that suggest new roles and functions for art in society. The first session of the "Hibino Hospital" workshop this year is being organized at Iias Tsukuba, the biggest shopping mall in the north Kanto region.
