TWS has been conducting a variety of programs designed to support young creators, including TWS-Emerging, open calls for exhibition proposals, tie-ups with universities, etc.

A new program focusing on the process of creating artworks has just been added to the lineup. The purpose of this program is to locate new artistic potential in the shared process of repeated dialogue and exchange between artists and a variety of individuals they meet along the way.

The first work-in-progress session features Yuichiro Tamura and Yu Araki, both of whom have been exploring new possibilities in media art. Likening their relationship to that of "half-brothers", the two artists embark on a journey that explores new relationships between place, society, time, people and actions that emerge from the expanding realm of IT technology.
