Interferenze Seeds Tokyo 2010
This event has ended.
In the 21 century, the expressions of media and sound art, realized by the creative use of everyday technology, are expanding into the public spheres, and artists, creators, programmers have been investigating new relations not only with the urban area but also in the rural area. Interferenze, the international “new arts festival” in the village of Bisaccia in southern Italy that is celebrating its 5th edition this July, is one of the charming examples that seeks the emergence of new cultural, social, and economical value by connecting the experimental with the traditional, the analog with the digital, and the local with the global. A Tokyo interpretation of it will be held for two days in early summer In central Tokyo, Harajuku, in the presence of Leandro Pisano, the director of Interferenze.
