Toshio Shibata
Commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, Toshio Shibata spent 3 years freely photographing American landscapes, culminating in his first highly-acclaimed US solo show in 1997. This exhibition resulted in the purchase of 25 of Shibata's large-scale prints for the museum collection.

On display at this exhibition is Shibata's three-part work depicting Grand Coulee Dam and 25 works that were exhibited at the MoCA Chicago.
