This event has ended.

Born in Saint-Etienne, France, Felix Thiollier (1842-1914) had a successful career in ribbon manufacturing before retiring at the age of 37 in order to devote the rest of his life to archeology and photography. Thiollier was a representative artist of the pictorialism and naturalism movements, as well as a close associate of the Barbizon school painters.

This exhibition features around 200 vintage prints, including autochromes (early color photographs) from the collection of his heirs.
