A theatre performance with the concept, direction and stage design all courtesy of contemporary artist Miwa Yanagi. The famous "elevator girls" often featured in Yanagi's work now turn up in the Taisho period, just after the Great Kanto earthquake, and in a story depicting the birth of Japan's first fringe theatre.
