For this exhibition, 10 artworks by 7 artists have been selected. In Asia, just as with Japan in the past, there have been difficulties and conflicts over the process of accepting modern art. Although the search for identity and difference is important, it is more relevant to search for a new, synchronic language that can be shared across the Asia-Pacific region through contemporary art.
