Noriko Hayashi
Through her work with Shoku Research Workshop, Noriko Hayashi was one of the first proponents of sustainable and ecologically conscious lifestyles in Japan. This exhibition introduces visitors to her research on food cultures around the world, as well as a selection of unique calendars and maps.
