Shinji Omaki
Art Front Gallery will hold an special exhibition by works of Shinji Omaki, one of the most noteworthy emerging artists today, on October 9 (Sun) and 10 (Mon). Many of his works during his career will be on display, from 2D work and small sculptures, and his early work and the recent "ECHO - Crystallization" series.
Relating to this exhibition, we will hold a talk event with the artist on October 9 (Sun) 15:00 – 17:00. Omaki will give a talk about the situation of art scene overseas with his unique perspective as an artist who has been working overseas, participating in residency programs and holding solo exhibitions in Basel, and taking part in the 2011 Asian Art Biennale in Taiwan.
