Artists

Tsuneo Enari
Tsuneo Enari was born in Kanagawa in 1936. After working as a press photographer for Mainichi Newspaper, Enari turned freelance in 1974. His work represents an ongoing attempt to document the social upheaval of WWII, and thereby to pose questions about the psychology of modern Japanese history. This exhibition showcases a selection of representative work as well as previously unexhibited pieces from his Hiroshima and Nagasaki series.
