In China bamboo's sturdiness is a symbol of dignity, while the litheness of grass shows emotion. This exhibition showcases around 75 items that utilize weaving in crafts, in both decorative and practical ways. Historical background will be introduced alongside the present day simple beauty and techniques of Chinese bamboo and grass crafts.
