Taito City has been supporting the young artists of Tokyo University of the Arts since 1981 through this prize and has built up an important collection. It reveals the vision of students of their own university days which only they can express.
This first part of the exhibition will focus on oil paintings and prints, along with selections from wall reproductions of the Mogao Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in China.
