"Skateboard We Love" Exhibition

Gallery Speak For
Finished
In recent years Japan has been witness to a burst of skating parks and facilities, and even a gradual increase in female skaters. So-called "street" aesthetic has worldwide appeal, as can be seen in the popularity of figure skating and acrobatic sports. Now skating competitions have become an artform with people seeking self-expression by the board in the same way that others do through art and music.

This exhibition introduces the work of artists inspired by skating culture, including designer boards and fashion items, photography and more. Exhibits will also be for sale.
