The Yebisu International Festival for Art and Alternative Visions is an annual ten-day festival of exhibitions, screenings, live events, lectures and talks that examine the development of film and video as artistic media, its past, present and future. This third installment of the festival will reexamine the power of film and video under the theme "daydream believer".
