Scale architecture models of "house S" and "tree-ness house" will be on display in the basement bookshop, with books specially selected by the architect to awaken your curiosity and imagination. Simultaneously video of Akihisa Hirata will be projected, revealing the architect's thinking.
He has stated that his architectural vision has the starting point of childhood experiences in trips in the countryside, and investigates how to resolve the gap with artificial spaces. He offers a highly natural form of residence, almost like a living creature.
