Chihiro Kabata "Tracing the 'Self'"

Gallery αM
Finished

Artists

Chihiro Kabata
Chihiro Kabata's works portray the notional "wall" that stands between the real world lived and experienced by our physical bodies and the conceptual world made up of symbols that bear no direct connection to our bodies. Her paintings seem to transcend language and symbolism in order to reconfigure the world with our bare flesh and blood.
