Chikashi Suzuki
G/P gallery will host an exhibition of new works by Chikashi Suzuki, a high profile photographer known for his work with French magazine ‘purple’ since the 1990s. His work has been renowned in both the field of art and fashion photography. Using a half-frame camera, Suzuki composes ‘film strip’-like prints by combining multiple frames, which narrate a sequence of time. Each print holds a story between a documentary and a fiction, suggesting a story of possible parallel moments.
