This is the first edition in a new series of "Travelling Exhibitions", moving around Asian cities. The inaugural show features the participation of Berlin-based sound artist Kouhei Matsunaga, as well as the three core members, photographers Takaaki Akaishi, Takashi Kawashima and Daisuke Yokota.
The theme is, as the title suggests, one of transience and movement, a motif which also implies floating and even references the images of being washed away by the tsunami waves of the March 11, 2011 disaster.
While the scale of the exhibition is small, various elements from Asian cities will drift together, taking the form of video, online and print media.
