Artists

Kenji Ichikawa
Kenji Ichikawa is known for his "pixel montage" technique that he developed in the Nineties, which involves him re-constructing a previously printed object and creating a new image. In his work he frequently uses manga comics and erotica. This exhibition features motifs of Hokkusai's "One Hundred Views" series of prints integrated with cut-outs of nude women selected from erotica, creating a new perspective and vision of the landscapes.
