Yoshihiro Suda Exhibition

Chiba City Museum of Art
Finished

Artists

Yoshihiro Suda
Yoshihiro Suda is a wooden sculptor known for his flower and plant carvings that bear a startling resemblance to the real thing. Placed within even the sterile, inorganic spaces of a gallery or museum, Suda's pieces can activate these spaces in a dramatic way.

This exhibition showcases early works dating from the 1990s as well as new rose and lotus carvings produced especially for this show.
