Artists

Hokusai Katsushika
Hokusai Katsushika is known as the master behind ukiyo-e masterpieces such as the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji, but he also spent a large part of his career working on paintings of beautiful women, actors, book illustrations, and flower-and-bird paintings. This exhibition showcases Hokusai's manga drawings, which are believed to hold the key to a fuller understanding of the broader arc of his life and career.
