Fujio Ishimoto
Fujio Ishimoto is known for his work as a textile designer with Finnish brand Marimekko. Inspired by both the vast natural landscape of Finland and a Japanese sensibility, Ishimoto brought a fresh touch and approach to the Finnish textile design scene. This is his second large-scale retrospective in Japan, showcasing an installation of ceramics and fabrics that evoke a rich, wintry landscape.
