The tour of Yayoi Kusama's large-scale retrospective, organised by TATE Modern in London, travelled to major cities in Europe and has come to an end at Whitney Museum in New York in this autumn. The show has determined her presence in contemporary art history, at the same time revealing the innovative discontinuity in the latest series "My Eternal Soul" that was shown at the end of the exhibition and attracted much public attention.
