Setsuko Tamura
A pioneering female illustrator who made her debut in the late 1950s, Setsuko Tamura continues to bewitch many even today. Merchandise and products adorned with her work are sold all over Japan by Sanrio and Kokuyo, sealing her popularity in the 1970s.
