Takeshi Masada
Takeshi Masada uses a "staining" technique to infuse cloth and fabric with paint and creates "smooth paintings" done with acrylic on panels pasted with plastic sheets. Inspired by folk customs, films, TV and online images, Masada's works have won high acclaim for their bold brushwork and sense of dynamism. This exhibition showcases some of his newest paintings and drawings.
