Following the encouraging and enthusiastic response in 2010, Design Prize Switzerland returns to Tokyo’s SPIRAL/Wacoal Art Center with the 2011 edition of the bi-annually held Design Preis Schweiz / Design Prize Switzerland - competition. The internationally touring exhibition showcases prize-winning and nominated works and features some of the very best products, projects and concepts of contemporary Swiss design. The exhibition aims to provide insight into the current making of Swiss design and foster the dialogue and exchange with Japan. Some of the most relevant designers and new talents are destined to personally present their work and share positions and solutions with Japanese professionals.
