"somewhere between me and this world Japanese contemporary photography" Exhibition

Tokyo Photographic Art Museum
Finished

Artists

Tomoko Kikuchi, Kazuna Taguchi, Keiko Sasaoka, Chino Ootsuka, Masumi Kura
Sharing a general unease and irritation about Japan while unable to avoid questioning the merit of simplification, contemporary artists find themselves confronted with the problem of what form of expression they should aim for.

This is the exhibition showcasing contemporary Japanese photographers who confront and struggle working in the somewhere between themselves and this world.
