Yohei Okubo produces ceramic pieces based on the images of everyday products and here in this exhibition presents a collection of work humorously replicating vacuum cleaners, mops, carpet cleaners and other necessary items for the end of year “big clean” in his first solo show in Tokyo, revealing him to be a leader of the next generation of ceramic artists.
