Kazuhito Tanaka
Kazuhito Tanaka (b.1973) works with photography which pushes the borders between representation and abstraction. In his latest solo exhibition he presents the new (ZOO) series, reconstructing images of the animals and human visitors seen at the zoo. The original photos are abstracted by intricately cutting and pasting them over and over again. Here in his installation, he offers up a new form of abstract expression traversing between the digital and analog worlds.
