Ei Kaneko
Ei Kaneko takes images of people and animals from the internet and magazines, sampling their details to create new combinations, creating a sense of photo montage, in which different forms of time and space come together in coexistence through his 2D renderings in pencil on paper. The use of photography is central to his work, but he takes these images, decontextualizes them and reconstructs them in his own drawings to produce a new existence.
