Mitsuo Katsui
For more than half a century, Mitsuo Katsui has continued to break new ground in graphic design while incorporating the latest digital and media technologies into his work. Starting out in poster and logo design and editorial work, he has been active in diverse genres, planning and producing a variety of events and serving as an art director at numerous expos.
In addition to posters, this exhibition focuses on some 100 carefully selected gems from his editorial career, an important part of his creative oeuvre. The gallery also plans to display new experimental video works with ties to the poster designs showcased on the first floor.
