This project is a prologue to curator Takuma Ishikawa’s show scheduled to open in December 2013. It ties in with Ishikawa’s ongoing blog by the same name launched in January 2013.
Four artists with backgrounds in text, drawing, manga, performance, and other genres present wall drawings made solely with pencils. How will the artists use the traditional and orthodox writing/drawing tools to fill the enormous wall and address space imbalances differently?
