Jiro Kimura
Jiro Kimura founded Gallery Trax in the Yatsugatake mountain range in 1993 and left many works to it before his death in 2004. Defying conventional concepts and categories, he was active in furniture making, architecture, painting, photography, and film. In celebration of the gallery’s 20th anniversary, this show presents previously unexhibited drawings and objects d’art by Kimura, offering a fresh perspective on his spirit as an artist.
