First established in 2010, Chiyoda Arts Festival is an interactive event open for all to join. This year sees in addition to the exhibition, performance and market sections, showcases of moving image and music. With over 1000 artists and creatives joining to date, this year’s event features 200 participants ranging from cutting edge artists, to local veterans, from popular shop owners to junior high school students, with a chance to meet a plethora of different expressions.
