Musee Hamaguchi Yozo / Yamasa Collection
Finished

Artists

Yozo Hamaguchi, Keiko Minami
Yozo Hamaguchi and Keiko Minami both created poetic copper engravings while living in Paris. Hamaguchi, who loved the calmness of everyday life, received international acclaim in the second half of the 20th century for his mezzotints. Keiko Minami’s etchings, which give the viewer an experience akin to wandering through an unknown country, have attracted the attention of young people in recent years. This two-part exhibition presents a total of around 120 works by Hamaguchi and Minami in two sessions. Come and enjoy the serene, interwoven worlds of these two artists.

Session 1: 8/27 (Tues)-10/23 (Wed), Session 2: 10/29 (Tues)-1/13 (Mon/holiday)
