Hung Yi
Hung Yi is well known for his public art installations incorporating the fun colorful and unique creatures of his imagination. Based in Taiwan he has drawn rigorously upon ethnic culture and everyday life, developing his own work imbued with humor and intimacy. In his first solo exhibition in Japan Hung Yi fills the 3 gallery spaces with his creations, which even appear to be escaping beyond the gallery walls.
