Kazuhiko Hachiya
The world of today has largely realized the future imaginations of people living 100 years ago, with our technology filled lives of mobile phones, computers, flat screen monitors, personal cars etc. However there is still something which has not been fully realized, and that is the personal “flying machine”. And with the easy air of “if it doesn’t exist why not make one?” Kazuhiko Hachiya has over the past few years strived to develop his own personal flying device. As seen from the Nico Nico gijutsu-bu and Make movement a serious drive towards DIY is increasingly gripping us all and so this summer you can encounter the dream of making your own aircraft at 3331 Arts Chiyoda.
