Snapshots of residents of the Kanda neighborhood where 3331 Arts Chiyoda is located. Shishido finds the people who have put their roots down here and lived through WWII, 3.11, and the current post-bubble economy to be beautiful. She remarks, “the ‘information’ I’ve picked up from talking with them is becoming a direct part of my own my own reality. From them I’ve learned what seems far away is actually near.”
