Ongoing’s two-month artist-in-residence program presents Nicolas Carrier’s video installations. Inspired by Kenji Mizoguchi’s 1951 film “The Lady of Musashino,” they portray the Musashino area, touching on ideas of memory and time while capturing the customs and scenery of contemporary Japan.
