Sets by art director Yohei Taneda give shape to the “real but fairytale-like” cinematic vision of acclaimed comedy filmmaker Koki Mitani, who has directed hits including “The Uchoten Hotel,” “The Magic Hour,” “Once in a Blue Moon / A Ghost of a Chance,” and his latest work, “The Kiyosu Conference.” Important materials, models, and props made for the movies’ sets will be on display.
