Architectural historian Minoru Oooka (1900-1987) played a leading role in establishing Nihon Minkaen and also designed a number of shrines and temples, including the Heiken-ji, Asakusa-ji, and Zojo-ji temples. This exhibition focuses on Oooka’s activities as an architect and introduces his drawings, sketches, photographs, and other materials.
