The Art Award Tokyo Marunouchi exhibition aims to discover and nurture the talent of young artists by displaying selected graduation works by Japanese art university students at Gyoko-dori Underground Gallery. Since 2011, H.P. France Window Gallery has had the opportunity to hold solo shows for the winners, further enhancing their careers.
Fukiko Yoshida has been awarded both the H.P. France Prize and the Shu Uemura Prize for the 2013 Art Award Tokyo Marunouchi exhibition. Her paintings and sculptures present her ideas about “the masculine ideal,” inviting viewers into dream-like worlds where their own ideals overlap with the artist’s.
