To mark its move to a new space in 3331 Arts Chiyoda (Suite 205) Maki Fine Arts presents a group exhibition of 7 leading young artists. The exhibition includes the impressionist stylings of Youhei Sugita (b. 1983), the 2D spatial constructions of VOCA award winning artist Sayaka Suzuki (b.1988), along with new photography based work from Shu Ikeda. The show also features Shunsuke Kano’s new work from his “layer of my labor” series, new drawings from Germany based Michiko Nakatani, the original “Gold Sees Blue” series of Kazuhito Tanaka (photographs taken with transmitted light using gold leaf), and the magazine and pizza box cut out works from the “Minding My Own Business” series of Yuken Teruya.
