In celebration of 80 years since the founding of Nissan Motor Co. the “Nissan Art Award” has been established. Based on Nissan’s vision of enriching people’s way of life, this award is designed to give recognition to artists of a unique global vision, no matter what their age. In the first of these events 8 cutting edge artists have been selected by an internationally engaged panel of judges, with the final award to be given be presented as the grand prize. This is a chance to encounter art with a particular freshness and stimulation.
