Tatsuo Kotaki “Gallery of Parisian Light 2010–2013”
This event has ended.
Photographs of Paris taken with Leica lenses made between 1930 and 1950. These forty photographs, shot over a four-year period (2010–2013), are Kotaki’s first new works in ten years. They fully display the beauty of black and white silver halide photography.
Tatsuo Kotaki speaks about the charms of Paris and old Leica lenses, working in dark rooms, and black and white prints. Moderated by novelist/translator Machi Tanaka.
