The insect cyborg reconstructs insects as machines and allows us to control their movements and have recently become much anticipated as to their ability to aid in disaster situations, being able to enter minute spaces which human’s are unable to access. here the creator of the insect cyborg, Hirotaka Sato provides a scientist talk over two parts. In the first section for school children Sato will simply explain what an insect cyborg is ad how it works. Following this in the second general session a more detailed explanation of the bug’s workings will be shared with plenty of time of for questions.
