Yuji Nukui
New works by Yuji Nuke, a video artist and photographer called a “magician of light.” These large-print photos, 4k digital movies, and other works featuring World Heritage sites transcend the conventional analog/digital divide, presenting light and time at these places in never-before-seen ways through complete freedom of expression and virtuosic precision and skill. Asking, “What is of value that should be left for posterity?,” these works penetrated by beautiful light have the power to move the heart and stimulate senses.
